About NAT & Stars

The swim school with heart and method

Natalie Ceremnov – founder of the NAT & Stars swim school. Swimming is more than a sport – it is a passion that changes lives.

The idea behind NAT & Stars

Natalie's path into the water began early: at just five years old she taught herself to swim. Inspired by her first swimming teacher and shaped by challenges – training in a canal lock when there was no pool – the water became her second home.

The spark for her own swim school came when she started practising swimming techniques playfully with her younger daughter. She quickly noticed that children listened to her, learned fast and lost their fear of the water.

„My goal is to give people the joy of swimming, to make them safe in the water and to show them what they can achieve.“ – Natalie Ceremnov

Why NAT & Stars

The name says it all: Natalie – „NAT“ – stands for the personal connection she builds with her swimmers. The „Stars“ symbolise the goals and successes they achieve. Young or old, at NAT & Stars it is about growing beyond yourself in the water.

A swim school for everyone

Whether little water rats or adults who finally want to learn to swim – at NAT & Stars the individual needs of each person come first. With patience, a clear method and above all heart, Natalie makes sure everyone can experience the fun and freedom of swimming.
