Together in the pool
In the water together with one parent.
How a course works with us
At this age children learn through repetition and through what they dare to do themselves. That is why every lesson follows the same pattern – familiar routines create confidence – and one parent is always in the water.
- 1
Welcome ritual
Every lesson starts the same way: everyone in a circle, the welcome song, wetting hands and face. Your child immediately knows what comes next.
- 2
Getting familiar with the water
Together with you it is into the pool: rocking, bouncing, blowing bubbles, splashing with both hands. All voluntary and at your child's own pace.
- 3
First movements of their own
With your support the first movements appear: kicking, pushing off, gliding a short distance, moving hand over hand along the pool edge.
- 4
Play and closing
Towards the end there is a shared game with rings, balls or hoops – and the closing song that clearly ends the lesson for everyone.
We never push a child past their limit. Some little ones spend the first few lessons just watching – that is progress too. Along the way you learn the correct holds, which you can also use on holiday or at your local pool.
